Edward walked into the cafeteria as usual and lined up to order some food. As he collected it he walked over to his regular chair and sat down leaving his food untouched.

Bella thought her first day at school wasn't that bad after all, as she picked her tray of food and sat at her usual table looking at her food lazily. She picked up the soda and took a swig of it. She looked around the cafeteria spotted Edward Cullen and looked down again concentrating hard on her food.

As the new girl enetred the cafeteria Edward's senses went beserk. All he culd think about was that smell... That tantalising, beautiful smell. He looked up and saw her sit down at a table with her friends. He went rigid in his seat as he fought every urge to leap across that room of students and attack her. He thought to himself that maybe she was a demon, summoned to curse him. So all he could do was glare at her, knowing that she was a danger to all he and his family had established.

Bella thought that this pale boy was very gorgeous. She still was shy to look up, so she asked her Spanish partner, she couldn't remember her name, "Who's that boy?" and after she had answered her she looked at Edward again and seeing that he was looking back at her in an angry sot of way she looked away quickly, wildly confused.

As the scent became to much Edward was forced ti look away. Not only was this one extremely tempting, But she was also beautiful. He was captivated by hr beauty and his look of hatred bacame one of curiosity. He tried to lok away but he just couldnt ignore her.

Bella was still extremely confused, she wanted to look up again, but at the moment the bell rang and she went up to dump her tray on her way to the Biology class.

Edward watched carefully as the girl left the door and soon followed her out. Thinking about how close that was.

The Next Day..

Alice was still her bubbley-self. Floating around the caferteria looking at the table where Bella and Edward were going to be sitting with her when they arrived from biology. She had known it since she got to school as her 'vision' had shown her that. She smiled as she ordered her food and then sat at the table; not eating or looking at the food. She waited there smiling a big smile.

As Edward entered the lunch room he saw Alice at the seat he was going to sit at and rolled his eyes. "Of course," He muttered to himself

Bella went and sat beside Jessica Stanley and looked around to find no Edward siting on the Cullens' usual table. She was a little disappointed.

Kit walked in, took some food and looked around for an empty table. She found one with only 3 people there. "hi, mind if i sit here?"

Bella looked at the new girl entering and saw that she was as beautiful as the Cullen family, she felt a pang of jealousy by looking at her and looked down again.

Kit took a seat shyly and looked at them. 2 of them were immenly beautiful and dint even look human. She instantly wondered if they were vampires too, but was too shy to ask

Bella saw the new girl sit beside someone, who's face she couldn't see. She looked away again and ran a hand through her hair in confusion.

As Bella entered he watched her sit with her other friends. He looked at her and beckoned her over to the seat free next to him.
As Edward heard a new voice in his head he looked up. As he saw a girl who had the pale skin same as his he concentrated on her thoughts. He instantly knew that she was a vampire. She was a vampire who fead on humans.
